Downsview Aerospace Innovation & Research (DAIR) was proud to present the opportunity to hear from John Chaput, Executive Director, National Training Services at CME.
John shared the principles and fundamental ideas behind the concept of LEAN manufacturing and how through implementation of some/all these principles, companies have experienced improvements that have positively impacted business. For many SMEs, the implementation of LEAN at their company fits their continuous improvement plans.
John also provided details about the course offerings provided by CME specifically geared towards LEAN learning and their practical application.
